Overview
Square Golf offers camera-based photometric launch monitors ranging from the original indoor-only model to the new Omni that works both indoors and outdoors. The original uses 2 high-speed cameras with infrared LED lighting to track ball data and basic club data (swing path, face angle, dynamic loft, attack angle) with club stickers. The Omni adds 4 high-speed cameras for full club data including clubhead speed, smash factor, and impact location. Both models require no subscription fees and integrate with GSPro and E6 Connect.

How to Export CSV via Square Golf App
- 1Open the Square Golf mobile app (iOS or Android)
- 2Navigate to your session history
- 3Select the session you want to export
- 4Tap the export/share icon
- 5Choose CSV format
- 6Save the file to your device or cloud storage
Note: CSV export is available but users report the process is cumbersome.
Tips for Best Results
- Square Golf: Indoor-only — infrared LED technology is sensitive to sunlight
- Omni: Works both indoors and outdoors including direct sunlight
- Use marked balls (included) for optimal accuracy — system works with any ball but marked balls improve data quality
- Attach club markers/stickers to capture club data (swing path, attack angle) on the Square Golf
- Position the center of the hitting area ~16.5 inches in front of the monitor and ~9 inches to the right (right-handers)
- Hitting zone tolerance: approximately 6" x 6"
- Software V2 (2026) adds enhanced data visualization and structured practice features
- Keep firmware updated — Square releases regular updates via the mobile app
