How to Export CSV
- 1Open the Garmin Golf app on your phone
- 2Navigate to "Practice" or "Sessions"
- 3Select the session you want to export
- 4Tap the share/export icon
- 5Choose "Export to CSV" or share to Files
- 6Save the file to your device or cloud storage
Note: Garmin Golf app CSV exports include all primary shot and launch metrics available for the session. Third-party apps like Awesome Golf also support CSV export with additional formatting options.
How to Export Third-Party Software Export
- 1Connect R10 to compatible simulator software (E6, Awesome Golf, GSPro)
- 2Run your session in the software
- 3Export from the simulator software's session history
Note: Third-party software may provide additional export options and data visualization. Exported fields and calculations may differ from Garmin Golf CSVs.
Tips for Best Results
- Position ~7-9 feet behind the ball, aligned with target
- Works best outdoors with full ball flight for accurate spin data
- Indoor spin values are estimated; outdoor full-flight shots provide the most reliable spin
- Ensure firmware is up to date for best accuracy and features
- Battery lasts about 10 hours—charge before sessions
- Use the alignment feature in the app for consistent setup
