Overview
Awesome Golf is a popular, approachable golf simulator app that works across mobile, tablet, and desktop (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS). It's especially popular with entry-level and mid-range launch monitor owners and offers one of the best CSV export experiences of any sim software — sessions from its stat-tracking modes (Shot-by-Shot, Coaching, Club Distances) are saved to the Awesome Golf Insights web portal and can be exported later.

How to Export: CSV from Awesome Golf Insights (Web Portal)
- 1Go to insights.awesome-golf.com and log in with your Awesome Golf account
- 2Click Stats in the navigation
- 3Select Sessions to see your session history
- 4Click on the session you want to export
- 5Click the "..." (three-dot menu) in the top-right corner of the session
- 6Click Export CSV to download the shot data
Note: Insights keeps your saved Shot-by-Shot, Coaching, and Club Distances sessions, so you can export them later. This is the recommended export method.
How to Export: CSV via Email from the Community App
- 1Open the Awesome Golf Community app
- 2Go to the My Stats tab and select Session Stats
- 3Choose the session date and club
- 4Tap GET SESSION STATS.CSV
- 5Open the email and use the download link to get the CSV
Note: The app emails you a download link for the selected session. The Insights web portal is more convenient for exporting several sessions.
Important
Only Shot-by-Shot, Coaching, and Club Distances modes track shot stats for export. Shots hit in other modes (for example, course play) are not saved for CSV download.
The columns and metrics in the CSV depend on your connected launch monitor. Launch monitors with more sensors will produce more detailed exports.
Foresight and Bushnell Launch Pro require an active FSX Gold subscription for the launch monitor to connect to Awesome Golf.
Rapsodo MLM2PRO requires an active Rapsodo Premium subscription for the launch monitor to connect to Awesome Golf.
Tips for Best Results
- Use the Insights web portal (insights.awesome-golf.com) for the easiest CSV export experience
- Sessions from Shot-by-Shot, Coaching, and Club Distances are saved online, so you can export them later
- Shot-by-Shot mode gives you the most detailed per-shot data for analysis
- Make sure your launch monitor is connected and calibrated before starting
- Awesome Golf works on mobile, tablet, and desktop — use whatever is most convenient for your setup
- For Foresight or Rapsodo devices, ensure your FSX Gold or Rapsodo Premium subscription is active before connecting
