Last Data Point (Side)

The lateral position of the ball when it was last tracked by the radar.

Also known as:Last Data Point - Side, Last Tracked Side

Full Definition

Last data point side shows how far left or right of the target line the ball was at the last moment of radar tracking. This represents the actual measured offline position before the ball went out of range. Combined with length, it gives you the actual tracked endpoint of the ball flight.

Why It Matters

When hitting outdoors to a full finish, this shows your actual offline distance. When hitting into a net, comparing this to the simulated carry side helps you understand how much of your shot shape is measured vs. calculated.
