Consistency Score

An overall percentage rating of how repeatable your swing is, combining face control, start line, strike quality, and dispersion.

Full Definition

The Consistency Score is a SimSights composite metric that averages four sub-scores: Face Control %, Start Line %, Strike Quality %, and a Dispersion Zone score. Each sub-score measures a different dimension of repeatability. The result is a single 0–100% number that captures how predictable your ball flight is from shot to shot. A higher score means less variation and more control.

Formula

Average of (Face Control % + Start Line % + Strike Quality % + Dispersion Zone Score)

Optimal Range

70%+ is strong, 50–69% is developing, below 50% needs work

Why It Matters

Consistency is the foundation of lower scores. A golfer who hits a predictable 240-yard draw will always out-score someone who alternates between 270-yard bombs and 200-yard slices. The Consistency Score gives you one number to track as you work on repeatability.
