# Shot Scope LM1 Export Guide

**Shot Scope** | **Doppler Radar** | **Screenshot Upload Supported**

## Overview

The Shot Scope LM1 is a $200 pocket-sized radar launch monitor launched at the 2026 PGA Show. It shows five metrics on a 3.5" color display — ball speed, club speed, smash factor, carry, and total distance — and syncs to the free Shot Scope app over Bluetooth. Independent testing from MyGolfSpy and Breaking Eighty found ball speed within 1-2 mph of TrackMan and carry close to reference on well-struck shots. It is a practice device only: it does not measure spin, launch, or club delivery data, and it does not connect to simulator software.

**Best For:** Golfers who want accurate speed and carry numbers for practice and club gapping at the lowest price of any credible launch monitor, and who don't need spin, launch, or simulator play.

**Price Range:** $200

## Available Models

| Model | Price | Notes |
|-------|-------|-------|
| LM1 | $200 | Compact Doppler radar (300 g) with a 3.5" color display. Five metrics, 1,000-shot storage, 5-hour battery, USB-C charging, IPX3 rating. No subscription. |

## Metrics Tracked (5)

- Club Speed
- Ball Speed
- Smash Factor
- Carry Distance
- Total Distance

## How to Export Screenshot Upload

1. Hit your shots with the LM1
2. Sync to the Shot Scope app over Bluetooth, or read the shot on the 3.5" display
3. Take a screenshot of the shot data in the Shot Scope app (or a clear photo of the display)
4. Upload it to SimSights — our OCR will extract the shot data automatically

**Note:** The LM1 does not offer CSV export and does not connect to simulator software, so screenshots are the only way to get LM1 data into SimSights.

## Tips for Best Results

- Place the unit about 4.5 feet behind the ball, aligned with your target
- Use it to compare carry distances and speed across clubs; it does not diagnose ball flight (no spin or launch data)
- Stores up to 1,000 shots before you need to sync
- Battery lasts about 5 hours; charges via USB-C

## Import to SimSights

Shot Scope LM1 does not currently provide reliable CSV exports for third-party analytics. You can upload screenshots of your shot data instead, and our OCR technology will extract the metrics automatically.
